Remlap Publishing LLC
Anchor for ADHD and Related Digital Subscription Products
Last Updated: June 23, 2026
Effective Date: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Remlap Publishing LLC ("Remlap," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Anchor for ADHD, Remlap's digital subscription products, websites, beta programs, email programs, mobile applications, wellness tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, signing up for a free trial, joining the Anchor for ADHD beta, checking an agreement box, clicking a button indicating acceptance, accessing the Services, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Who We Are
Remlap Publishing LLC creates books, digital tools, educational resources, wellness content, and subscription-based products designed to support adults with ADHD and neurodivergent communities.
Anchor for ADHD is a wellness and self-support app intended to provide practical prompts, reminders, routines, reflections, and low-overwhelm tools for adults with ADHD.
Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Professional Advice
The Services are provided for educational, wellness, self-reflection, and general support purposes only.
The Services are not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, diagnosis, medication guidance, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for care from qualified professionals.
Remlap does not diagnose ADHD or any medical or mental health condition. Remlap does not prescribe, recommend, adjust, or advise stopping medication. Any decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication, therapy, or health care should be made with a qualified licensed professional.
If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, or risk of harm to yourself or another person, do not rely on the Services. Contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis professional immediately.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to create an account, subscribe, or use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Accounts and Account Security
Some Services may require you to create an account or provide contact, billing, or login information.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Beta Access
Anchor for ADHD may be offered as a beta product before full public launch.
Beta access means the product may still be in testing. Features may change, be added, be removed, contain errors, experience downtime, or operate differently than expected. Beta access does not guarantee future access to any specific feature, design, workflow, data structure, pricing model, or product name.
You understand that beta participation may involve providing feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, testimonials, comments, bug reports, or improvement ideas, you grant Remlap permission to use that feedback to improve, market, develop, or modify the Services without compensation to you, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
Subscription Plans
Some Services are offered through paid subscriptions.
Subscription details, including price, billing frequency, trial period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any promotional pricing, will be disclosed at signup before you are charged.
Unless otherwise stated at signup, subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled.
For Anchor for ADHD founding beta members, the current founding member subscription offer is:
30-day free trial
Then $10 per month
Automatically renews monthly until canceled
Cancel anytime using the cancellation methods described in these Terms and on the signup page
Taxes, payment-processing fees, app-store fees, or other required charges may be added where applicable.
Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you will receive access to the applicable Service for the trial period disclosed at signup.
For the Anchor for ADHD founding beta offer, the free trial period is 30 days.
Unless you cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the price disclosed at signup.
You authorize Remlap or its payment processor to charge your payment method after the free trial ends unless you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription.
We may limit free trials to one per person, account, household, payment method, or email address.
Founding Member Pricing Covenant
Remlap may offer certain early subscribers a founding member subscription rate.
For Anchor for ADHD, the founding member rate is currently $10 per month for the life of the active subscription, subject to these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, "life of the active subscription" means the period during which your founding member subscription remains continuously active, in good standing, and attached to the same subscriber account.
Your founding member rate remains locked only while all of the following are true:
Your subscription remains continuously active;
Your account remains in good standing;
Your payment method remains valid and charges are successfully processed;
You do not cancel the subscription;
Remlap does not terminate the subscription for violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, chargeback, or legal compliance reasons;
You do not transfer, sell, assign, or attempt to transfer the subscription to another person or account; and
The Anchor for ADHD subscription product remains available.
If you cancel your subscription, your founding member pricing ends.
If you later re-subscribe after cancellation, you are not entitled to the original founding member rate unless Remlap expressly offers it to you again in writing. Re-enrollment after cancellation will be at the then-current price, plan, and terms available at that time.
If your payment fails, Remlap may provide a grace period to update your payment method. If the payment issue is not resolved within the grace period we provide, your subscription may be canceled or suspended, and your founding member pricing may end.
The founding member rate applies only to the base Anchor for ADHD subscription plan offered at signup. It does not apply to future products, coaching, courses, premium tiers, add-ons, workshops, consulting, physical products, books, events, bundles, or other Remlap offerings unless expressly stated.
The founding member rate is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other discounts unless Remlap allows it.
The founding member pricing covenant is a price-lock commitment, not a promise that Remlap will operate Anchor for ADHD forever. Remlap may modify, pause, replace, discontinue, or terminate any Service as described in these Terms.
Payment Authorization
By signing up for a paid subscription or a free trial that converts to a paid subscription, you authorize Remlap and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and applicable charges according to the billing terms presented at signup.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, suspend access, cancel the subscription, or ask you to update your billing information.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Remlap will provide a cancellation method that is easy to find, easy to use, and available online for users who signed up online.
You may cancel by using one or more of the following methods, as made available by Remlap:
A cancellation link, button, account setting, or web form provided by Remlap;
An immediately accessible preformatted cancellation email provided by Remlap that you can send without adding additional information;
Emailing [email protected] with a clear request to cancel your subscription; or
Any other cancellation method disclosed at signup, in your account, or in a subscription confirmation email.
A cancellation request does not require you to explain why you are canceling, speak with a live representative, complete a survey, accept a retention offer, or take unreasonable extra steps.
When you cancel, Remlap will stop future recurring charges. Depending on the platform, billing provider, or app store used for your subscription, your access may continue until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation.
Canceling your subscription ends your founding member pricing unless Remlap expressly states otherwise in writing.
Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at signup or required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
Remlap may, in its sole discretion, provide refunds, credits, extensions, or other accommodations. Providing a refund or credit in one situation does not require us to provide the same accommodation in another situation.
If you subscribed through an app store, third-party payment platform, or marketplace, refund requests may be governed by that platform's policies.
Changes to Pricing or Subscription Terms
Remlap may change prices, subscription plans, features, billing terms, or product offerings from time to time.
If a price change or material subscription change applies to you, we will provide notice as required by law.
For founding members with an active, qualifying subscription, Remlap will not increase the base monthly founding member subscription rate for Anchor for ADHD while that subscription remains continuously active and in good standing, except as otherwise permitted by these Terms or required by law.
Changes to taxes, app-store charges, payment-processing costs, third-party platform charges, or optional add-ons may still apply.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, update, suspend, replace, discontinue, or remove any part of the Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that any feature, content library, prompt, reminder, design, workflow, integration, or tool will remain available permanently.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily interrupt access.
We are not responsible for delays, downtime, loss of access, data loss, missed reminders, notification failures, third-party outages, payment platform issues, app-store issues, internet failures, device issues, or other interruptions outside our reasonable control.
User Content
The Services may allow you to enter notes, reflections, preferences, goals, feedback, or other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant Remlap a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, display, and use your User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Services.
You are responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
Do not submit confidential medical records, protected health information, legal documents, financial account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information unless the Service specifically requests it and you are comfortable providing it.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by Remlap's Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Remlap collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy will control for privacy-related matters.
Email, SMS, and Communications
By signing up for the Services, you agree that Remlap may send you transactional messages related to your account, subscription, trial, payment, cancellation, product updates, security, and legal notices.
You may also choose to receive marketing, educational, onboarding, or re-engagement messages.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not stop transactional messages necessary to provide the Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
Copy, scrape, harvest, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services;
Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the Services;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
Use the Services to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others;
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
Share your paid account with unauthorized users;

Use the Services in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including text, prompts, designs, worksheets, graphics, software, workflows, brand names, logos, product names, educational materials, frameworks, and other content created by Remlap, are owned by Remlap or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Remlap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit Remlap content except as expressly permitted by Remlap in writing.
Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on third-party platforms, including payment processors, app stores, hosting providers, analytics tools, email platforms, customer relationship management systems, mobile operating systems, or other vendors. Remlap is not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, fees, policies, terms, privacy practices, processing delays, or technical failures.

If you submit a testimonial, review, comment, success story, or public feedback, you grant Remlap permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit for length or clarity, and share that content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
We will not knowingly publish private sensitive details without your permission.
Results Not Guaranteed
The Services are designed to provide support, structure, reflection, and practical tools.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, improvement, diagnosis, treatment response, productivity increase, emotional result, business result, academic result, health result, or life change. Your experience may vary.
Termination by Remlap
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
You violate these Terms;
Your payment fails and is not corrected;
You misuse the Services;
You engage in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or unauthorized sharing;
We are required to do so by law;
Continuing to provide access creates legal, security, operational, or safety risk; or
We discontinue the Services.
If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, misuse, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or chargeback, your founding member pricing ends.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
Remlap makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
Remlap does not warrant that the Services will meet your needs, prevent symptoms, improve medical or mental health conditions, or produce any specific result.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remlap and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, emotional distress, personal injury, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remlap's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Remlap for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remlap and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Services;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your User Content;
Your violation of another person's rights; or
Your violation of applicable law.
This obligation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by posting updated Terms, sending an email, providing in-app notice, or using another reasonable method.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
No change to these Terms will eliminate a valid founding member rate-lock for an active, qualifying founding member subscription unless permitted by these Terms or required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of your state or jurisdiction require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state or country.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact Remlap at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Please include your name, account email, the issue, and the resolution you are requesting.
This informal resolution provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief where appropriate.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without Remlap's written consent.
Remlap may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change in control, or transfer of business operations.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if legally permitted.
No Waiver
If Remlap does not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean Remlap waives the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any subscription disclosures, checkout terms, beta signup terms, Privacy Policy, and product-specific terms presented to you, make up the entire agreement between you and Remlap regarding the Services.
If a product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term controls only for that product and only to the extent of the conflict.
